    We are aware of a problem with the ePMP Cloud License Server, and are working towards a fix. Customers who are affected can switch to fixed licenses by following the instructions that you should have received by email over the last few days. If you are affected and have not received any instructions, please contact Cambium Support.

intermittent issues with Federated Wireless CBRS SAS Service

    All errors have now cleared and service is stable. We will continue to monitor with the team from Federated Wireless.

    The team at Federated Wireless has informed us that the issues were caused by temporary network congestion. In our monitoring systems the failures have stopped. We will continue to monitor the situation and update when possible.

    Federated Wireless are currently investigating an issue with their SAS which is resulting in some grants being terminated and then returning to authorized - this could result in intermittent service. We will update as soon as we have news from them.

    This incident has been resolved: it was a side-effect of a CloudFlare update. We are following up with our map provider for more details.
