    We are seeing some recovery of devices and continue to monitor. Impacted devices entered the CPAS window and have been unable to obtain new grant approvals, leaving all CBSDs in an unauthorized/idle state with no active spectrum grants. We are waiting for details from Google on why the termination was triggered.
